How long does a detailing service take, and what is included?
Service time and inclusions depend on the type of reset being performed and the condition of the vehicle.
Each service upon booking will give you an estimated time it will take to complete the service.
A standard interior or exterior reset typically takes several hours, while more involved services such as paint correction or ceramic coating preparation may require additional time or multiple days.
We do not rush services. Time is allocated to restore condition properly and deliver consistent results.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, or venmo.
Can detailing remove scratches and swirl marks from my car's paint?
Professional detailing can reduce or remove many light scratches and swirl marks - but results depend on the depth and severity of the defects.
Surface-level imperfections caused by improper washing, automated car washes, and environmental contamination can often be corrected through controlled paint correction after an exterior reset has been completed. Deeper scratches that penetrate beyond the clear coat may be improved but cannot always be fully removed without compromising paint integrity.
Our approach prioritize correction over aggressive removal. During assessment, we determine what he corrected properly and set clear expectations and price before any work begins.
Do you offer mobile service as well as drop off service?
Yes. We offer both mobile detailing and scheduled drop-off service, depending on the type of reset being performed and the condition of the vehicle.
Mobile service is ideal for routine resets and maintenance when proper access and conditions are available. For services that require controlled environments or extended correction work, drop-off service may be required.
During scheduling, we'll review the vehicle and service needs to determine the best approach - ensuring the work is performed properly, and not rushed.
Do you have same-day appointments?
Same-day appointments are limited and reserved for specific situations.
In most cases, services are scheduled in advance to allow proper time and preparation. Same-day availability may be considered for urgent or time-sensitive needs, depending on schedule capacity and service requirements.
We prioritize quality and do not rush services. When same-day appointments are available, they are handled with the same controlled process as any scheduled reset.
What are your hours of operation?
We are appointment only. Service hours vary based on scheduling and service type.

Do you sell gift cards or certificates?
Reset Credit. Our gift cards are available for those who want to gift professional vehicle care. Credits can be applied toward interior or exterior resets and are scheduled like any standard service. To purchase, go to Services > Reset Credit to order an e-gift card.
